This forum has the rules so that everyone can be alright here at this forum.
Please read them before posting, because if anyone breaks the rules, they can get warned for it. If anyone gets warned too many times it can lead to bans and if they get banned too many times they will get perma-banned and that's the worst thing I'd ever see and I don't want anyone to get banned. So here are the rules:

No constant posts - Double, Triple, Quadruple, Quintuple posting is not allowed.

No Swearing - No one should swear on this forum, because it's inappropriate to younger users on this forum, doing so will get warned.

Do not post links to other forums - A place for Advertise links for your forums would be in your signature, not to post.

Everything is for all ages - If any explicit material gets posted here, it will be deleted immediately, and the user will be permanently banned.

Reviving month old topics isn't allowed - If a thread has gone over a month old, then it shouldn't be posted in it.

Do not evade a ban - If a user has been banned, do not create an account just to evade a ban, that account will also get banned if used.

Answer: No, it doesn't. Only warnings (which are similar to infractions).

Anyway, if you're from Pokecommunity, you know what it's about, so just read the points, if you're NOT, then if you have enough points you WILL be banned. Do not try to avoid it, we'll know.
