Anyway, I'd only said that Arceus is the most powerful Pokemon in the universe

it's becasue it created the Pokemon universe so it has to be the strongest.

My friend saids that Lucario it's a "Super Dummy Dog".

What Lucario is actually (What kind animal does it look like.)?

Lucario is not the strongest Pokemon cause it's not a

legendary.

But it's the strongest Pokemon in all Normal Pokemon.
